Bike Shop Hours Re-Expanding!

1-1 Service; First Come, First Served

Week of 5/3: Tuesdays and Thursdays 10 AM - 6 PM
Week of 5/10: Back up to normal hours (we think!)

VW Family. We're still social distancing, but we're really missing a few more hugs around here.

We will accommodate your schedule, but would appreciate efforts to come in the morning or afternoon, depending on your bike needs listed below.

Morning 10a-2p: In-person quick repairs, Neighborhood Service, those depending on bikes for their livelihoods
Afternoon 2p-6p: Drop Offs, Pick Ups, Donations, Sales, Earn-a-Bike

Right now, these hours still exclude  shopping for used parts, using tools, or entry into the bike shop until you're invited in.

Volunteer Spotlight

Rob Cobb

Rob serves as the mechanic and go-to guy for Momentum Bike Clubs. Since programs aren't running, he has volunteered dozens of hours in the shop, solo wrenching and getting donated bikes ready for earning. He has made it so much easier to stay on top of repairs. Thank you Rob!!
Volunteer Interest Form
We don't currently have volunteer opportunities, but community involvement is looking brighter! We miss you!

Program Updates

Running low-capacity, COVID precautious sites at
Sans Souci and Nicholtown tomorrow
Next Month's Repair Day: June 6
Year-to-Date Bikes Earned: 32
13 bikes earned in April alone! We're particularly proud of the four from Miracle Hill Overcomers Center and two more from Soteria!
There's a huge demand for bikes, and if you're not riding yours, there's no better use than to donate it to Village Wrench! We will find a good home for it!

Favorite April Photo

So many good moments in the shop today. Abe earning his bike is a particular highlight. He is a long time West Greenville neighbor and helped "mulch and stuff" to call these wheels his own. When asked what he thinks about his new bike, he grinned shyly, eyes a little downcast, and said, "I like it." We're glad you do, Abe. Have fun riding around the neighborhood!
